  1. 01Register as an individual entrepreneur (IE / ինդիվիդուալ ձեռնարկատեր) in Armenia — open to foreigners; select a tax regime (turnover tax, high-tech 1%, or general)
  2. 02No minimum income or investment threshold under the current (pre-November 2026) rules
  3. 03Health documentation and proof of address in Armenia; apply in person at the Migration and Citizenship Service (moving to the digital permits.am / e-platform system)
  4. 04From 2026-11-01 the reformed 'On Foreigners' law requires an individual entrepreneur to maintain roughly AMD 1,000,000 in the bank or equivalent 60-day turnover
